Blaine was born August 7, 1950 in Bismarck, ND and passed away August 7, 2018 in Tacoma, WA. He is survived by his two daughters, Heather Gelston, Sarah Steckler; sister, Nella Hawks; Significant Other, Patricia Quam; and numerous extended family members and friends. Memorial Service to be held August 27, 2018 10:30 am at Lakeview Chapel, 4606 108th St. SW, Lakewood.
